During the pre-contractual stage we advise you on your various options and assist you during the negotiations with only one objective in mind: to keep the risk of liability, losses, or a breach of contract to an absolute minimum.
Yet, despite all precautions taken, it is always possible that you do end up at loggerheads with your contracting partner. Also in that case, we will be by your side to find a solution together with you. We don’t head straight to court but will always try to find an amicable solution first, for experience has taught us that a lot can be achieved with skillful negotiation.
In some situations, however, litigation will be unavoidable. We have extensive knowledge and experience in litigating before the various courts in Belgium about agreements such as their conclusion, interpretation, performance or non-performance, such as a breach of contract. That expertise is always combined with an in-depth knowledge of the sector where the dispute arose.
